Large Fire in Dilijan: Car Burned, Flames Visible from Several Hundred Meters

On April 15, a fire broke out in the Tavush region. Around 11:20 AM, the National Emergency Service received a call at the 9-11 Crisis Management Center reporting that a car was burning near 5th Street in Dilijan.

According to shamshyan.com, firefighters have extinguished the fire that erupted in a Mercedes vehicle. Preliminary reports indicate that there are no injuries as a result of the incident.

Documents have been prepared by the Dilijan Police regarding the incident. According to sources, patrol officers and police established that the vehicle belonged to 77-year-old Stepan Baghdasaryan, a resident of Dilijan. The car has been rendered inoperable as a result of the incident.
