VIDEO: Over 13,000 People Evacuated from Flooded Areas in Orenburg

More than 13,000 people have been evacuated from flooded areas in the Orenburg region, according to the regional government on their Telegram channel.
"A total of 13,194 people have been evacuated from flooded households and adjoining plots, of which 1,145 people, including 212 children, have been accommodated in 38 temporary shelters," the publication stated.
As of the latest reports, 12,213 houses and 17,203 adjacent plots have been flooded in the region. In one day, 1,645 houses have been freed from water. As of Saturday morning, the water level of the Ural River in the Oryol region is at 731 centimeters, exceeding the critical level of 700 centimeters.
