Citizen Falls Into Four-Meter Deep Pit in Yerevan, Rescuers Respond

On April 11, at 11:04 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a citizen had fallen into a four-meter deep pit near the Vstrich Bridge in Yerevan. Rescuers were requested to assist in his retrieval.

A team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ Yerevan Rescue Department promptly arrived at the scene. It was determined that the individual was located in a disused building near 8/3 Artsakh Avenue, trapped in a pit approximately four meters deep.

The rescuers successfully extracted S. K. (born in 1966) from the pit, where emergency medical services provided immediate medical assistance on-site.
