Porsche Cayenne Found Buried in Sand After Gold and Ruble Heist

Today, April 11, the main department of the Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, in conjunction with the criminal investigation department of the police of Yerevan, discovered a Porsche Cayenne vehicle half-buried in sand in the Armavir region as a result of extensive operational intelligence work.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, police have strong suspicions that this vehicle was used by a group of four masked and armed individuals who carried out a robbery on the capital's Yerevan-Armavir highway yesterday, during which they stole 36 kg of gold and 293 million Russian rubles before fleeing in the Porsche Cayenne.

The recovery of the vehicle, conducted by the main department of the Criminal Police, the Yerevan Criminal Investigation Department, and officers from the National Security Service of Armenia, serves as irrefutable evidence. These three agencies worked under immense pressure, leading to tangible results. Meanwhile, the head of the Malatia Division, Harutyun Danielyan, who has already earned the nickname 'Lord Zaven', seems to have been asleep at the wheel, with the division functioning as if its right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
