Crocus Terror Suspect Refuses to Accept Guilt

Dilovar Islamov, one of the defendants in the criminal case related to the terrorist attack at the Crocus concert hall near Moscow, has refused to accept guilt. His lawyer informed TASS about this.

Today, April 10, the Moscow City Court has recognized Islamov's detention as lawful, maintaining the decision of the Basmanny District Court regarding the choice of pre-trial detention measures without alterations.

The investigation asserts that Dilovar Islamov was the last owner of the Renault Symbol vehicle used by the attackers, who arrived at Crocus City Hall on March 22. According to law enforcement agencies, Dilovar Islamov, his brother Aminchon, and their father Isroil were all aware of the impending attack and were also arrested in connection with the terrorism charges. Aminchon and Isroil Islamov deny their guilt as well.

On the evening of March 22, armed individuals stormed Crocus City Hall and opened fire on concert-goers and staff. The attack resulted in the deaths of 144 people, with 551 others injured. A total of 11 individuals have been arrested in connection with the case, including four suspected assailants.
