Road Closures in the Republic of Armenia: Lars Pass Closed

The Rescue Service reports that there are closed roads in the Republic of Armenia. The roads from the high-altitude meteorological station 'Amberd' in the Aragatsotn province to the Amberd Fortress and the Kari Lake are closed.

Regarding Lars, information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia indicates that the Stepantsminda-Lars road is closed to trucks. Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
