Turkey Will Support Azerbaijan in Every Possible Way: Cavusoglu

The opening of the Zangezur corridor will certainly benefit everyone. This was stated by Mevlut Cavusoglu, the head of the Turkish parliamentary delegation to NATO, during a conversation with journalists.

“The opening of this corridor promises significant benefits for both the region and Armenia itself. In this regard, we support the opening of the Zangezur corridor,” he said.

Cavusoglu also stated that Turkey supports holding bilateral meetings regarding Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. “We support the recent meetings in this direction and hope they will continue,” he noted.

He assured that Turkey will support Azerbaijan in every possible way. “According to the Shushi Declaration on the allied relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey, Turkey will support Azerbaijan in every way,” he remarked.

“Providing military support to Armenia today promises no benefit to either Armenia or the region. Instead, we should encourage peace in the region,” he emphasized.
