Fire Breaks Out in 'VAZ 2107' Near Metro in Yerevan
Today, April 2, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 13:55, the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia received a report that a vehicle was on fire near the 'Gortsaranayin' metro station on Tamazyan Street. This was reported by Shamshyan.com.
According to the website, a firefighting unit from Fire and Rescue Squad No. 2 responded to the scene. Before the firefighters arrived, the driver, Asatur Gharibyan, along with citizens, attempted to extinguish the flames in the 'VAZ 2107'. Subsequently, the arriving firefighters extinguished the fire.
It has been reported that the vehicle is now non-operational. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Fortunately, there are no reported injuries.
