Major Accident Near Kuchak Village: One Fatality, Injured Including Children
On March 27, at 15:15, the crisis management center of the Armavir Regional Rescue Service received a call reporting that an accident had occurred near Kuchak village, with trapped victims.
A team of firefighters and rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that vehicles involved in the collision were a 'Toyota' (driver: S.G., born in 1982) and an 'Opel' (driver: Sh.F., born in 1986). The passenger of the 'Opel' (N.S., born in 1984) died on the spot, while the driver was trapped inside the vehicle.
Before the rescuers arrived, the driver of the 'Toyota' and the passengers (O.M., born in 1990; G.S., born in 2011; L.S., born in 2016; and L.S., born in 2020) along with the passengers of the 'Opel' (J.A., born in 2014; and M.A., born in 2006) were hospitalized.
The rescuers de-energized the vehicles, closed the gas valve of the 'Opel', and using specialized equipment, extricated Sh.F. and transported them to the ambulance. The injured individual was taken to a medical center. The body of N.S. was taken to the ambulance.
