36-Year-Old Driver Throws Military Grenade from Vehicle

On March 25, police investigators from the Talin division, utilizing received operational information alongside officers from the Baghramyan division, discovered two young men aged 26 and 36 years in the administrative territory of Aragatsavan village, traveling in a "GAZ" brand vehicle loaded with obsidian type mineral.

According to reports from the Police of Armenia, as a result of explanatory work, the 36-year-old driver confessed that he had thrown a military grenade, equipped with a detonator, from the back of his vehicle while on the road. At the location he pointed out, on the second kilometer of the Dzhastadem-Karakert road, an "F-1" type military grenade with a detonator was discovered.

A forensic examination has been ordered. The documents prepared have been sent to the Aragatsotn regional investigative department.
