State Revenue Committee Announces Changes Regarding Fines
Dear citizens, we would like to inform you that according to the law on making amendments and changes to the RA Code of Administrative Offenses, if the 50% of the fine and the corresponding enforcement costs designed for the administrative violations mentioned in the law are paid by April 5, 2024, the obligation will be considered fully fulfilled.
Citizens can make payments through the official website of the Enforcement Service at cesa.am, on the ‘Personal Office’ and ‘Investigations’ platforms, through payment terminals, or through banks. For any additional questions or to make payments on-site, you can visit the citizen service office of the Enforcement Service.
In the enforcement stage, the payment systems will already reflect the amount calculated for the 50% of each penalty and the remaining amount, except for those administrative violations not covered by the aforementioned law.
If 50% of the fine is paid, the enforcement costs will be calculated for the remaining amount according to the procedures defined in Article 67, Part 2 of the RA Law on the Mandatory Execution of Judicial Acts: 50% of the remaining amount for sums up to 10,000 drams, 5,000 drams for amounts between 10,000 and 100,000 drams, and 5% of the remaining amount for sums above 100,000 drams.
A three-month term has been established for benefiting from the proposed incentive. The regulations will come into effect starting tomorrow, April 5.
