VIDEO: Armenia Takes on Role of Mars in Interplanetary Mission Simulation Project

Armenia has taken on the role of Mars in an interplanetary mission simulation project. The project's authors state that the local landscape resembles that of the Martian terrain.

Six researchers will live for a month in conditions mimicking those of the red planet, while a total of 200 scientists from 26 countries are participating in the project. It is worth noting that we previously reported that Armenia would become a Mars research center for one month in the spring.
