Gas Panels Caught Fire on Mikayelyan Street; One Injured

On March 19, at 10:10 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that electric wires were on fire at the entrance of a building on Mikayelyan Street in Yerevan, as announced by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

A firefighting unit from the Yerevan Rescue Services was dispatched to the scene, including one fire engine and a ladder truck.

A resident, identified as A. P., sustained burns on their hand and was assisted by rescuers, who transported the injured individual to an ambulance for hospitalization.

The fire was contained by 10:49 PM and fully extinguished by 11:11 PM. Six gas panels, the entrance door, and approximately 5 meters of electric wires were damaged in the incident.
