Video: Participants in Russian Elections Fill Ballot Boxes with Ink

In two polling stations in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh region, "green liquid" has been poured into the ballot boxes, reports the regional electoral commission. This incident occurred at polling station No. 0409 in the North Microdistrict Chess Club and polling station No. 0430 in the building of the Industrial and Information Technology College in the Southeast Microdistrict. These boxes have been sealed and will remain under the surveillance of cameras until the end of the day. In the evening, when the polling stations close, the ballots will be placed in a secure bag. After the voting concludes on the evening of March 17, the precinct commission will determine their validity.

Voting is currently ongoing at these polling stations. Ballots are being cast into other boxes. The police have commented on the incident, stating that two local residents, aged 58 and 66, have been arrested. They have been taken to the local police department for investigation.
