All Armenian Authorities Have Consistently Negotiated Territory Concessions: Mirzoyan

All Armenian authorities have consistently negotiated regarding the concession of certain territories. This statement was made by Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in the National Assembly.

“I don’t know who, at what stage, or at what historical moment had an interest in saying otherwise to the public of Armenia, but I believe everyone can understand that negotiations have been about territory concessions from the very first day,” he noted.

According to Mirzoyan, Armenia has made every effort to prevent the depopulation of Nagorno-Karabakh. “We have no connection; we tried to ensure that the Armenian population in Nagorno-Karabakh remained in their historical homeland. In response, the political elite of Nagorno-Karabakh was occupied with changing power, sending someone with a few days of power to speak about the dissolution of Nagorno-Karabakh,” the minister said.
