Powerful Explosion in Restaurant in China Leaves Casualties

At least two people have died and another 26 have been injured following an explosion in a restaurant in Hebei province, China, according to CNN.
The explosion occurred around 8:00 AM local time at an establishment in the city of Sanhe. It is believed that the blast was caused by a gas leak, which led to the complete destruction of a four-story building, also damaging nearby houses.
Footage of the tragedy has been circulating on Chinese social media, showing a large fireball collapsing walls and ceilings before thick smoke begins to rise.
Firefighters who arrived at the scene quickly extinguished the flames. Residents living within a 500-meter radius of the explosion were evacuated.
