Putin Expresses Desire for Dreadlock Hairstyle

During a meeting with participants of the World Festival of Youth, Russian President Vladimir Putin joked that he would like to have a hairstyle with dreadlocks, similar to one of the guests at the event, according to РИА Новости.

"I should also get this hairstyle," Putin said during a photo session.

The World Festival of Youth was held from March 1 to 7 in the federal territory of Sirius under a decree from the President of the Russian Federation.
