Citizen Falls into Hrazdan River Near Surb Astvatsatsin Medical Center

On March 11, at 16:46, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a citizen had fallen into the Hrazdan River near the Surb Astvatsatsin Medical Center in Yerevan and was unable to return on their own; assistance from rescuers was required. This information was provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs' rescue service.

A rescue team from the special purpose center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Rescue Forces Administration was dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers safely retrieved V.S. (born in 1988) using rope techniques.
