London Trusts Kyiv and Its Promises, Says UK Foreign Secretary

London is ready to assist Berlin in addressing the issues hindering the supply of Taurus missiles to Kyiv or consider options for purchasing German missiles and transferring British Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine. This was stated by UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron in an interview with Sueddeutsche Zeitung. The information was reported by m24.ru.

According to him, Britain is prepared to closely collaborate with Germany on this and all other matters to support Ukraine. He also emphasized that limitations could be imposed on the use of these missiles to avoid escalation.

The Secretary declared that London trusts Kyiv and its commitments: “We are ready to consider all options to achieve maximum results for Ukraine. But I won’t reveal details and will inform our opponents about what we plan,” he stated.

Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced that Germany is refraining from supplying Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine as they could strike targets in Moscow.
