Potential NATO Military Interventions in Ukraine Will Have Tragic Consequences, Says Putin
Potential NATO military interventions in Ukraine will have tragic consequences. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a speech in the Federal Assembly on February 29, according to iz.ru.
“They have begun to talk about the possibility of sending NATO contingents to Ukraine, but we remember the fate of those who sent their troops to our territories long ago. However, for the potential interveners now, the consequences will be far more tragic,” said Putin.
The Russian president added that the West must ultimately understand that the Russian Federation also possesses weapons capable of hitting targets on their territory. At the same time, he noted that Russophobia blinds the West, depriving it of reason.
