Champions weightlifters were welcomed at Zvartnots Airport last night with zurna and drum, songs, and dances. They were returning from Bulgaria, where the European Weightlifting Championship is taking place.
According to reports from Sputnik, Armenia secured first place in the team standings for the 2024 European Weightlifting Championship, with a total of 26 medals — 11 gold, 7 silver, and 8 bronze.
