18+ VIDEO: Military Instructor Kneels Students, Threatens with Taser, Hits with Belt in Russia

In Kamensk-Uralsky, a military instructor at a technical college coerced a 17-year-old student to kneel in the corner during class and threatened her with a taser. The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting investigations into the incident. This was reported by Meduza.

The student filed a complaint against Senior Lieutenant Ivan Korsak for mockery. According to her, the issue arose because she smiled during class.

“In one of the disciplinary cases, my client was smiling during class, and he made her kneel in the corner and continued the lesson. The girl has a joint problem, she informed him about it, but the teacher did not listen and continued the lesson. A day earlier, he had publicly beaten another student with a belt in the corner,” said the girl’s lawyer, Sergey Barsukov, to It's My City.

The lawyer stated that the administration of the technical college was aware of the teacher's behavior. Meanwhile, Korsak, according to Barsukov, has “frequently capitalized on” his position before students at the police department and asked them to give him gifts.

The lawyer insists that the parents of the students also knew about Korsak’s actions but did not report them out of fear of retribution from the police. Korsak claims that he punished the students “as a joke.”
