The Union of Volunteer Fighters Reveals Name of Wounded Soldier
A 36-year-old member of the Union of Volunteer Fighters has been wounded due to Azerbaijani gunfire. This information is provided by the Union of Volunteer Fighters.
Starting from 5:30 AM on February 13, Azerbaijani military units opened fire with small arms towards Armenian positions located in the Nerkhin Hand region. The Armenian side has reported 4 fatalities and 1 injured.
“On February 13, as a result of Azerbaijani shelling towards the Armenian positions in the Nerkhin Hand area, Rostam Baghi’s Vardanian, born in 1988, was wounded. His condition is assessed as moderately severe, but he is not in life-threatening condition at this time,” the statement reads.
In a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly, MP Gagik Melkonyan from the Civil Contract faction noted that one of the 4 deceased had suffered a stroke during the incidents in Nerkhin Hand.
The Union of Volunteer Fighters reports that volunteer Gor Razmiki Asatryan (born 1984) has reportedly died suddenly yesterday, February 12, and an investigation is underway to clarify the circumstances of his death.
