Learning to build a road is done by building a road. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during today's government session, noting that one does not learn to build roads by holding seminars and presenting slides.

"It is true that I am the most affected and I am affecting you, but this is an obvious thing. There is no shame in admitting that we do not know this. Well, we know, we forgot, or we had it and lost it. We need to learn. We cannot say, 'Let's go, we'll learn in classrooms, and keep the funding.' It is hard, it is harsh, it is difficult, we will fall into many holes, but there is no other way, this is how we must move forward," he said.
