We will definitely fill the potholes, but we need appropriate weather conditions to ensure that the filled potholes do not collapse again after 10 days. This was stated by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan during a conversation with journalists.

“I assure you, if we want to carry out snow removal and we are spreading salt, we are spreading a large volume of salt, and this year you probably noticed that you haven't seen sand in the streets mainly because sand has been used in such a way that it is always visible to the people as evidence of work being done, while the salt is not as visible. Salt has the property of degrading the roads, and it is a very natural process to fill those potholes after winter,” Avinyan said.
