It seems like a simple question, yet you’ve shifted to other topics that have no connection to this matter at all:

This was stated today in the National Assembly by Vice Speaker Ruben Rubinyan.

“Addressing those topics, I want to remind you that during the single-party rule of the Dashnaktsutyun party, the first Republic of Armenia lost most of its territories, which passed to Turkey, and later lost its independence as well. The ruling party wasn’t in power in 1920 when Armenia lost its independence, yet that’s not the point of discussion,” he emphasized.

“What issue do you have with the word Armenia? I think the history of the Armenian people is a story of a people that has always fought to have a state, which has periodically lost its statehood but has never despaired, keeping alive the dream and idea of statehood for centuries, and at various points has regained that statehood. Fortunately for all of us, we are now living in a free and independent Armenia. What’s the problem? The Armenian people have formed in Armenia; our history is the history of Armenia. What issue is there? You are opposing the people and the state,” he concluded.
