Massive Chicken Egg Dump Discovered in Russia
In the Chkalovsky village of the Omsk region, a massive illegal dump of hundreds of chicken eggs has been discovered. A local resident reported this and filmed the scenes, which later spread across social media.
The published footage shows numerous blackened boxes made of straw containing chicken eggs. The authors of the publication emphasized the high value of the product. In response to comments under the post, the city administration requested clarification on the coordinates of the dump.
The regional Rosselkhoznadzor confirmed the existence of the dump, after which specialists from the veterinary division visited the site to conduct an examination, as well as collect samples of the eggs to detect infections and diseases.
"These eggs are nearly six months old—clearly expired, with signs of decay. Apparently, they attempted to burn them but did not succeed. The condition of the eggs is far from suitable for consumption," reported the regional Rosselkhoznadzor.
Now, experts, along with law enforcement, are trying to determine who stored these products. Complaints have been filed with the prosecutor's office and the administration.
