Citizen Illegally Caught Four Wild Rabbits and Used the Meat of Two

During a preventive measure on February 2 at around 1:30 a.m., community police in Jermuk stopped a Lexus vehicle in the "Mayratz" neighborhood. The vehicle was driven by a 57-year-old resident of Vayk city. Upon inspection, four caught rabbits were visible in the car, two of which were whole.

According to the driver, who holds a hunting license, he hunted the four wild rabbits without the necessary permission approximately two hours earlier in the "Mayratz" neighborhood, and he has already used the meat of two of them.

The documents prepared have been sent to the Environmental and Subsoil Inspection Body of Vayots Dzor Province.
