HAMAS Agrees to Gradual Release of Palestinians
Julya
The Palestinian militant group HAMAS has agreed to the gradual release of Palestinians without demanding the release of those sentenced to long-term imprisonment. This was reported by Al Hadath television channel, as relayed by Gazetta.ru.
Reports indicate that the deal was reached during a recent meeting held in Paris. However, sources from the television channel reported that HAMAS has yet to receive full approval of the agreements.
Additionally, the potential prisoner exchange deal involves the release of 35 Israelis, including women, the wounded, and elderly people, who were brought to the Gaza Strip on October 7, in exchange for a 35-day ceasefire, as well as the release of Palestinian detainees.
