Azerbaijan is Deliberately Stalling the Peace Process, Says Simonyan

Not only the Czech Republic but all international partners should exert pressure as much as possible to bring peace to the region. This was stated by the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, during a joint press conference with the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament, Markéta Adamová.

According to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Armenia has repeatedly stated that it is ready and is doing everything to establish lasting peace in the region.

“But we see that our neighboring country is not performing well in this regard. Azerbaijan has repeatedly refused to meet at various international platforms. I have the impression that Azerbaijan is deliberately stalling the peace process,” said Simonyan.
