Anahit Goddess’ Bronze Statue to Be Displayed in Yerevan After Long Anticipation

Today it became known that in September 2024, Yerevan will host the first exhibition of the bronze statue of the Anahit goddess, held at the British Museum. This announcement was made by Alen Simonyan, the President of the National Assembly, on his Telegram channel.
"I am pleased that we managed to turn this long-discussed initiative into reality. We have long awaited the Anahit goddess in Armenia," he wrote.
Recall that the Tourism Committee of Armenia previously announced that, thanks to an agreement between the Museum of History of Armenia and the British Museum, the statue of the Anahit goddess will be exhibited in Yerevan.
The exhibition will take place in September 2024.
