Young Man Steals Manhole Covers in Gyumri

Investigators from the Kumayri Division of the National Police discovered and detained a 22-year-old resident of Gyumri, who was found near one of the addresses on Mazmanyan Street at around 11:40 PM on January 20, after receiving operational data about the theft of manhole covers and collaborating with patrol officers from the Shirak region.

The young man admitted to stealing manhole covers in the Artsakh neighborhood of Gyumri. He also indicated that the stolen items were in the trunk of his "Mercedes" and that he was ready to present them.

The documents have been sent to the Shirak Regional Investigative Department.
