I Will No Longer Speak of the Peace Process: Borrell

The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, announced during the EU foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels that he will no longer raise the issue of the peace process in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, as he sees only one way to resolve it. This information was reported by TASS.

“I will no longer speak of the peace process, but only about a solution based on two states. And I am serious about this,” said Borrell.

Josep Borrell has repeatedly advocated for the rights of Palestinians and supported the idea of establishing an independent state for them. Moreover, in his view, the creation of Palestine is the best guarantee for Israel’s security.
