Finance Minister's Driver Caught Driving Without License Plates and Fined

Today, operational information was received at the Patrol Service of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, indicating that the driver of a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado was driving the vehicle without any license plates on the front.

This was reported by Shamshyan.com. The patrol officers discovered the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado on the Victory Bridge and subjected the driver to administrative liability.

According to the website, the license plates for the Toyota Land Cruiser are registered as "077 LL 55" and the vehicle is registered under the Government of the Republic of Armenia, serving Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan.

It is noted that the minister uses this vehicle for commuting to work and returning home. The question arises: Did he notice that his driver was accompanying him to work and back home without license plates on the vehicle?
