Grigor Minasyan on the Process of Constructing a New Detention Facility in Armenia

The Ministry of Justice already has a final model for a new detention facility in Armenia. This was announced during a press conference by the Minister of Justice, Grigor Minasyan.

He presented the current status of the construction process for the new facility. “There is an announced competition, and a winning company has been selected. We are currently in the phase of preparing geological and geodetic conclusions regarding the site. Most likely, the conclusions will be ready within 2-3 months,” Minasyan noted.

The minister also added that afterwards, a competition will be announced for the preparation of project estimations.
