Incident of Child Abuse by Mother in Gavarr Fully Revealed
The case of a mother abusing her child in Gavarr has three suspects, all of whom are in custody. This was stated by Arghishti Kyaramyan, the head of the Investigative Committee, in an interview with “Lurer.”
“This case can be said to have been fully uncovered. We also have the person who ordered the videos to be filmed; he also has an appropriate procedural status. It has also been revealed who initially distributed the video content; this person also holds the status of a defendant,” said Kyaramyan.
The person who ordered the video is presently in custody. The father of the child has no status in this case. Both the perpetrator, the person who ordered, and the distributor have been identified. All individuals involved in this case have been taken into custody as a measure of restraint.
Although the case has been disclosed at this point, Kyaramyan did not rule out the possibility of other individuals being involved, as the investigation is ongoing.
It should be recalled that months ago, a video circulated on social media, sparking widespread public discussion, showing a mother abusing her minor daughter while involving her other minor children as well. The Investigative Committee had previously reported that charges had been brought against the mother under various articles of the RA Criminal Code, specifically Article 196, part 2, items 3, 4, and 6; Article 198, part 3, items 1 and 2; Article 239, part 2, items 1 and 2; and Article 300, part 3, items 1 and 2. In the presented charges, the woman admitted her guilt.
