“The claim that Armenia is criticizing Russia at a high level does not quite correspond to reality,” stated Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

At the same time, he noted that there have been a number of issues that the Armenian side has raised. "These issues primarily relate to the expectations that Armenia has from Russia in the bilateral context, and within the framework of the CSTO, and whether those expectations have been justified or not,” he said.

According to him, there have been problems and expectations from the CSTO that have not been met, and this has been openly discussed. “I don’t think you have ever heard of similar unfulfilled expectations regarding the EEU as has been the case with the CSTO. I believe that the EEU continues to operate effectively in our case,” he added.
