"Who will punish you for your shortcomings? Mr. Yeritsyan or a higher instance?" This was stated today, December 18, during a joint meeting of the National Assembly's Budgetary and Credit Issues and Economic Issues Committees, while discussing the current conclusion of the Audit Chamber regarding the results of the "Digital Transformation Process of the Republic of Armenia" audit. Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the ruling Civil Contract party, addressed Minister of High-Tech Industry Robert Khachatryan.

"For example, if Mr. Yeritsyan's committee miraculously disbands, is the ministry capable of taking the lead? Because I understand very well that the ministry is supposed to lead such processes, for which it is authorized. Now, if Mr. Yeritsyan is not there, can you, the ministry with its resources, budget allocations, and personnel, say that in 2024 we will implement the programs that have not been done or that have been partially completed?" he said.

In response, Robert Khachatryan said, "Neither Mr. Yeritsyan is doing the digitalization alone, nor is the minister. For this, there is a group functioning under Mr. Yeritsyan's coordination, along with the personnel. Yes, we have our opinion and vision on how digitalization can be implemented, and we can do it."
