Successful Negotiation: London Mayor Agrees to Transfer Scrapped Vehicles to Ukraine

The Mayor of London has agreed to transfer vehicles that are being scrapped to Ukraine. Under the ULEZ program, London residents receive approximately €2,300 if they surrender a non-compliant vehicle for destruction.
Kiev's Mayor Vitali Klitschko proposed that such vehicles be handed over to Ukraine, as they could be useful for the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the battlefield.
