Video: Disappointment arose, they were unveiling Putin's portrait in Artsakh, writing 'Спасибо, Россия', says Alen Simonyan

The citizens of Armenia and Artsakh see the results of the policy that Russia is pursuing in the region. This was stated by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, during a press briefing with journalists.

"I believe that the reality is well known to the public of Armenia and the people of Artsakh. Do you remember the disappointment that occurred in Artsakh? They were writing the letter 'Z', revealing Putin's portrait, writing 'Спасибо, Россия', and all of that changed in one day. We saw that the Russian peacekeepers allowed passivity and escorted the population of Artsakh out of the region. I think specific statements should be made for the remaining conclusions," said the Speaker of the National Assembly.

He added, "Constant statements are being made that all of this happened one year ago when Armenia said it recognizes Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, but that is not reality."
