Russia is not closing its doors to either North America or European countries; it is time for them to stop acting foolish and start benefiting from cooperation with Moscow. This statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting of the council on strategic development and national projects.

“It’s time for them to stop waiting for us to collapse. It is clear to everyone that if they want to benefit from cooperation with Russia, they need to do so. After all, we are not driving them away,” the Russian president stated.

Earlier, at a meeting of the Russian Defense Ministry’s board, the Russian president mentioned that the U.S. is particularly intent on drawing Russia and Europe into the conflict in Ukraine.
