VIDEO: Russia is Unable to Fulfill Its Obligations, Says MP from Civil Contract Party

Armenia is connected to Russia through vital veins. This was stated by MP Armen Khachatryan from the Civil Contract Party during a briefing with reporters.

“Our connection is quite significant, both economically and in other matters. We strive to elevate the level of our relations with Russia,” he noted.

The MP also declared that Russia has not fulfilled its obligations towards Armenia. “Russia has been and is still unable to fulfill its commitments; it simply is not capable of doing so,” he added.
