Wildberries Enters Chinese Market
The Russian company Wildberries has started collaborating with manufacturers and sellers from China. This was announced by the founder and owner of the online trading platform, Tatyana Bakalchuk, in an interview with RBC.
“We are now beginning to work with producers and sellers from China. They will directly supply their products to our platform for all the countries where we are present,” said the entrepreneur.
Bakalchuk emphasized that Russian business remains a priority and that entering the Chinese market will not affect this in any way. Currently, 90% of the company’s total turnover comes from Russia. Wildberries operates in Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Israel, and Azerbaijan.
