Peace Will Come When Russia Achieves Its Goals: Putin
The goals set at the beginning of the special military operation remain unchanged. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a direct Q&A session with citizens.
According to him, Russia will continue to strive for the denationalization and demilitarization of Ukraine, ensuring a neutral status.
“Peace will come when Russia's objectives are realized. The issue of denationalization remains relevant. The Ukrainian side does not wish to negotiate, and we are forced to take other measures,” he emphasized.
When asked what he sees as the main goal if he were to run for office again, Putin replied that his primary task is to strengthen the sovereignty of Russia. According to the president, Russia cannot exist without sovereignty.
“For a country like Russia, existence without sovereignty is impossible. It simply will not be. Therefore, the main focus is on strengthening sovereignty,” he stated.
