Dense Fog: Situation on the Roads

As of December 14 at 09:00, there is black ice in places on the roads of the Tavush region, and in the Saravan and Vardenyats mountain passes, according to the Road Department.

It is reported that there is dense fog on the roads of the Artashat region, reducing visibility to 20-30 meters. Fog is also observed in the Ashtarak and Vagharschapat regions, with visibility between 70-100 meters.

"All interstate and republican roads are open. Road construction workers are carrying out cleaning and sanding work on the roads. To avoid accidents and traffic jams, drivers are advised to use winter tires exclusively," the statement says.
