Snowfall in the Aragats Region

There is a closed roadway within the territory of Armenia. This information has been reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

It has been announced that the road from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station to Lake Kari in the Aragatsotn region is closed. Snow is falling in the Aragats region, while fog is present in the high-altitude areas of Syunik.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles. Previously, it was reported that the road was closed in both directions for trucks.
