Aliyev: Armenia Wants to Have Several Leaders at Once

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev continues to make provocative statements. There are many unsuccessful, dependent countries in the world that wish to have multiple leaders simultaneously, serve them, and turn their territory into a conflict zone. One of these countries is Armenia, Azerbaijan's neighbor.

Aliyev stated, "Such countries cannot be truly called independent. The policies of such countries are not based on the will of their people; their fate is in the hands of foreign patrons. In contrast, the member countries of SPECA (the Special Program of the United Nations for the Economies of Central Asia) are indeed independent countries, as they pursue independent foreign and domestic policies."
