CSTO Secretary General to Visit Armenia: What is the Purpose

CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov will visit Yerevan following the summit in Minsk. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
According to the statement, the CSTO Secretary General will convey signed decisions to Yerevan, so that Armenia can join them.
It is noteworthy that the CSTO summit is taking place today, and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has refused to participate in the meeting.
Earlier, it was reported that in Minsk, the foreign ministers of the CSTO adopted a statement.
