The Kremlin regrets that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit scheduled for November 23 in Minsk. This was stated to reporters by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President. The information was conveyed by TASS.
“If this is indeed the case, then one can only express regret. We understand that every head of government or state may have their own commitments in their work schedule, their own circumstances. However, one can only regret, as such meetings are a great opportunity for exchanging opinions and clarifying timelines,” noted the Kremlin representative.
