Aliyev Complains to Iranian President and Makes Statement on Armenia
The presidents of Iran and Azerbaijan, Ebrahim Raisi and Ilham Aliyev, met in Tashkent.
During the meeting with the Iranian president, Aliyev stated: "Armenia is refusing to fulfill its obligations, namely to ensure traffic from the main part of Azerbaijan to Nakhchivan. That is their choice, and I believe it is the wrong choice," Azerbaijani media reports.
